🗓 Return & Exchange Window

Online purchases made through Tokxunke.com can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date.

❌ Order Cancellation

• Within 24 hours: If the order has not yet shipped, we will issue a full refund.

• After shipment: Cancellation is not accepted. Please wait for the package to arrive and then apply for a return.

• Refund timeline: Generally, refunds take 5–15 business days. If you don’t receive it within 30 days, please contact us.

• Damaged, defective, or missing items: Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and keep the outer package for inspection.

🔁 Return & Exchange Conditions

• Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed, with all original tags and in original packaging.

• Requests beyond 30 days from delivery may not be accepted.

• Return shipping fees (including original shipping) are the customer’s responsibility.

• Please do not send items back without prior notification. Returns to the address on the package will not be accepted.
•  
• Free Gift Card orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

📦 Return & Exchange Process

4. Step 2: Follow the return/exchange instructions we email you after receiving your request.

6. Step 3: Once we receive your return package, we’ll process your refund or exchange within one week. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it's done.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. They typically appear within 5–15 business days.
